At Metaproduction, we offer comprehensive metal solutions for your products.

Our capabilities include zamak casting as part of our manufacturing process, plating and lacquer finishes, along with other prepping, and finishing services.

Casting

At Metaproduction, we combine die-casting technology with in-house expertise to deliver high-quality Zamak components tailored to your needs.

Our range of casting machines allows us to produce both small precision parts and larger, more complex components, with casting weights up to 1,250 kg per piece.

Lacquering

Our lacquering techniques ensure a protective and colour-stable finish for your products. We apply a high-quality coating that enhances durability and provides resistance against daily use.

Thanks to our wet lacquering installation, we offer a high level of flexibility in both production volumes and colour possibilities. This allows us to efficiently handle small series, custom colours, and tailored projects while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Our lacquering solutions are suitable for a wide range of applications, including:

Handles and knobs
Decorative furniture hardware
Chair and table legs
Coat hooks
And other metal components

Surface Treatment

At Metaproduction, we operate two surface treatment lines capable of electroplating both Zamak and steel hardware. Chemical decorative blackening is also available for Zamak and zinc-plated components.

Large parts racking line: up to 1700 × 300 × 1000 mm. Steel can be zinc-plated, copper-plated, or nickel-plated; Zamak can be chemically blackened.

Small parts line with a barrel configuration: up to 21kg. Zamak can be brass-plated, copper-plated, and nickel-plated. Plated parts can be given an antique look.

Our capabilities ensure custom finishes, precise quality, and consistent results for decorative hardware, functional components, and bespoke projects.

For example, it is possible to enhance the details of a part through vibratory finishing or manual polishing, which can selectively remove darker layers in recessed areas and accentuate depth, creating visual interest typical of aged or antique finishes.
